Sample IP/Story Development Work
These projects usually entail evaluating an established brand, identifying what worked in its original incarnation, determining which elements  might be timeless, as well as tweaking and updating and re-inventing to ensure that the brand can be ever-relevant. For these assignments I usually provide an analysis, a strategy and "story starter" suggestions as to where the brand can go. Once a client has chosen a "story starter," I then develop a bible for the fictional universe, working with artists and designers. This "fictional universe" bible is then shared with toy designers, animation producers, marketers, licensing teams and so forth.
